I wrote these 22 points based on my life experience. So, it might not be relatable to you.

  1. Never ever feel guilty for putting yourself first.
  2. It’s difficult to say ‘No’ to people but learn it ASAP.
  3. Being single is way better than having a bad relationship. Be single, be happy.
  4. Never ever give up on the things that make you the happiest. Stick with those things no matter what.
  5. Constantly remind yourself that things will get better (eventually they will).
  6. It’s okay to become nervous in new situations.
  7. It’s okay to try new things and quit them if you realize they’re not for you.
  8. If you are having a gut feeling that something isn’t right, then don’t do it if possible.
  9. Be modest with people in every possible way.
  10. “Health” is the most precious thing in your life.
  11. Try to eat healthily and stay healthy as much as you can.
Wrote in my diary (July, 2021)

12. It’s okay to not have your life figured out yet.

13. Actually, you can do a lot of things by staying in your comfort zone. So, there is no need to always get out of your comfort zone and try new things. Trust me you can!

14. If you are good at your work then people will accept you the way you are.

15. It’s not impossible to grow a network with people even if you are an ‘introvert person’.

16. You are doing much better than you think.

17. Always try to help others even if they don’t help you. And it’s okay to ask for help.

18. Not everyone will like you and that’s totally fine. Don’t bother about it.

19. Don’t rush through life and never give up on your dreams. If you are determined to do something and you have grit then always there will be a way.

20. Always make time for self-care and mental health care. Take a walk, do yoga, meditate, listen to songs and watch movies.

21. Enjoy the little things around you. Take time to smell the roses, water plants and watch the sunrise/sunset.

22. “ALLAH” is always there with you as well as some of your family members.

Bonus: Chose quality over quantity (most of the time).
